Who qualifies for the Ambit Energy gift card?
Texas customers who switch an existing home or apartment to Ambit Energy and enroll between September 5 and December 31, 2026. A switched house earns a $100 Mastercard prepaid gift card; a switched apartment earns $50.
Does the offer apply to new service or move-ins?
No. Ambit's Customer Welcome Incentive is for switching customers only. New-service (move-in) enrollments and customers enrolled through the Advisor and Platinum Programs are not eligible. We can still help you set up new service — just without the gift card.
When do I receive the gift card?
Ambit issues the card to Texas customers after they pay their first month's invoice.
